Armed with a business degree, Felicia spent the first 12 years of her professional career in the F&B industry. Before joining Redbrick, she was the owner of a sake bar. Having dabbled in customer service for over a decade, she believes that to provide excellent service, one has to listen carefully and satisfy the client’s need with their best interests at heart.
With an upbeat attitude, deep knowledge in the functions of the banking industry and excellent interpersonal skills, he believes that he will be able to aid clients with the right mortgage advice to turn their liabilities to assets soonest.
“Growing up, my father always said that a house should be the first investment I make. Getting my first property was a very daunting process because I didn’t have the right information to make the best decision. My objective now is to help others navigate through this process seamlessly, to give them a peace of mind as they embark on their investment journey.”
When not at work, Felicia enjoys the calm of the ocean and can often be found diving the deep blue seas, or reading under the shade of a palm tree.
