Valentina Chia

Valentina started her career as a mortgage banker at OCBC, where she quickly recognized the difficulties customers faced in choosing rate packages and banks. Realizing the importance of a more service-oriented approach over a sales-focused one, she transitioned to a mortgage advisory firm. This shift allowed her to deepen her commitment to customer service. Valentina decided to join Redbrick, gaining exposure to a broader range of clients and continuing her passion in helping individuals navigate the complexities of mortgages.
