Prior to joining Redbrick, Benson was working in the group insurance industry as a business development manager with an insurer. He worked directly with corporate clients, big brokers and financial advisory firms. With a keen eye for detail, Benson enjoyed identifying tailored solutions for companies’ employee benefits needs to drive employee retention.
