Before joining Redbrick, Charmian spent over a decade working in media and digital business across Asia-Pacific, building partnerships and helping global brands grow in the region. Her work involved navigating fast-moving industries, solving challenges, and creating meaningful connections. These are skills she brings into the mortgage space.
