Before joining Redbrick, Hari worked as an Assistant Manager in external audit at a Big 4 firm, where he gained extensive exposure to financial reporting, risk assessment, and client management. His portfolio covered audits of listed companies and multinational corporations across industries such as telecommunications and airlines, which strengthened his technical expertise and adaptability in handling complex engagements.

Outside of work, Hari enjoys staying active through gym training and running, as well as exploring new food spots with friends and family. He also has a strong interest in personal finance and self-development, often spending time reading, reflecting, and finding ways to improve himself. Beyond that, he regularly captures and explores complex thoughts and ideas in writing, using them as a way to uncover new insights and perspectives worth sharing.
