Ivan Chia

Before starting at Redbrick, Ivan was a project engineer at the Land Transport Authority, involved in the construction of MRT stations on the Thomson East Coast Line and the upcoming Cross Island Line. During his time with LTA, the role allowed him to communicate with many different stakeholders and understand what could be done better to serve the public.

“I love to meet people from all walks of life and to communicate with them on a deeper level as mortgage plays a big part in everyone’s life. I can help my clients plan for different kinds of scenarios and that is what keeps my work refreshing.“

Outside of work, Ivan loves spending his time with his family and also enjoy playing sports such as football and basketball in his free time. He is always on the lookout to learn new sports and take up a different challenge!
