With a professional journey rooted in client-facing roles, Kelly has consistently gravitated toward human experiences. Earlier in her career, she was with Citibank, handling cards, loans, accounts, and client servicing, even earning the national EXSA Silver Award in recognition of her commitment to exceptional service. Prior to joining Redbrick, she broadened her expertise across operations, management, client success, inside sales, and HR within an incorporation and corporate secretarial firm.

Kelly is very much a homebody with a bit of “shiny object syndrome,” often picking up new hobbies that interest her at the moment and collecting various certificates and licenses from these pursuits. In her downtime, she enjoys reading comics or playing games, recharging best at home by spending weekends with her husband and two dogs watching soccer.
