Customer Review:

YEOW GAN YEW: "Nisha is very thorough and clear with her replies and prompt. Definitely recommend her to follow up for your loans!"

Joseph Edison Junior: "Nisha was the one who called and contacted me for the home loan refinancing options. She has been nothing but patient, knowledgeable and understanding and tries to fit various options to what the client needs to know and want for the next stages. Even though all I wanted was just info to evaluate my options, she has never wanted to hard sell or force a deal. I then tried calling another similar home loan broker but only got motherhood answers and unwilling to budge with excuses for MAS and the banks on why the 3% down pay was needed to enjoy the lower rates. Nisha never did that. She even found options to work with the banks to have interest free ways to pay the 3%. After some long family discussions, we realised we needed to keep the 3% as liquid cash and not also take up the interest free loan to pay down the 3% too and not over extend ourselves with more things to pay each month. I have her my reasons for not taking the full offer and she understood where I came from. Right till the end, she remained the consummate professional. She is an asset for the company and I may have been the anomaly to not go forward for my own reasons and not the company's nor her fault or doing. In fact, all honesty, I should be taking up the offer. Nevertheless, all the best Nisha and keep up the good work too. Nothing beats having good communications, rapport and love for the job too! Cheers! Joseph"
