Paul built his career primarily in operations, where he stood as the sole operations team member at his previous firm. Independently managing a wide range of administrative tasks to support the broader team, this fast-paced, solo responsibility accelerated his professional growth and taught him how to keep complex processes moving smoothly under pressure.

Off the clock, Paul’s usually on the basketball court or hunting down a good cup of coffee. He also loves traveling — for him, there’s nothing like exploring a new culture or destination.
