With over a decade of experience as a Head of Supply Chain, Sherman led teams across procurement, logistics, customer service, and end-to-end supply chain. He successfully managed product portfolios across Asia and China with a gross value exceeding $300M. His focus on turning complex challenges into simple, practical solutions led to a key achievement of successfully navigating his previous company through the severe COVID-related supply chain disruptions while maintaining smooth operations. He now looks forward to applying that same problem-solving mindset to mortgage advisory.
