Before joining Redbrick, Thad spent his career at a financial brokerage firm advising business owners on financing solutions — work that sharpened his instincts for financial analysis and built a track record of earning client trust. That exposure to the lending landscape naturally drew him toward mortgage advisory, and the move to Redbrick, allowed him the platform to do it at scale.
