Zen Lee

Prior to joining Redbrick, Zen has worked as a trainer for a contact centre. He specializes in training new customer service representatives, and after they complete their training, he conducts weekly performance audits to ensure service levels are maintained.

“I discovered significance here at Redbrick knowing that every client I assist will save them time, money, and frustration in their search for their dream house. Mortgage loans can be fairly complicated, and it is certainly not an easy chore because everyone needs a tailored answer and there is no one-size-fits-all option. In today’s advanced mortgage industry, I believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to secure the best mortgage for their dream home.”

Outside of work, Zen has always enjoyed spending time with his family over a good dinner, and he also appreciates the simple joys of life. He enjoys playing video games recreationally, browsing clothing stores, watching football, and staying active through exercise.

Customer Review:

YK Tan: "Many thanks to Zen Lee (Redbrick) with his depth knowledge in the mortgage space to find me a package I wanted. Zen is responsive, transparent and give concise answers. Definitely someone I like to work with again and highly recommended if you are looking around for a home loan."

Hazel Woon: "Came across Zen Lee through Redbrick. He was knowledgeable and guided me throughout the loan application with much ease. He eventually helped me to secure a loan with very favourable interest rates and terms. Even though I have decided to reprise my loan (instead of refinancing though Zen), he undersrood and was very professional about it. I will definitely recommend him to others and my friends and keeping him in mind for my future mortgage needs. Thanks Zen, appreciate all the effort!"

Lynn Kan: "Zen Lee was our mortgage advisor. Very proactive, helpful. We were overseas when we contacted him and only had a limited window to get our paperwork signed in Singapore. He made sure everything was smooth when we got to Singapore, from the banking paperwork to the lawyers office appointment."
