Between December 2015 and January 2016, the iProperty group conducted the Asia Property Market Sentiment Survey (APMSS) across various countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Survey results were collated and subsequently published in the iProperty Asia Property Market Sentiment Report (H1) 2016 (APMSR). Some conclusions that were mentioned in the survey included the buyers’ expectations of predicted price declines as well as the consideration of investment in Iskandar properties.
Earlier in June 2016, we had the privilege of inviting Mr. Leslie Lin, Head of Content at iProperty Singapore to grace our first ever real estate summit where he delivered the findings of the iProperty APMSR. Additionally, this tied up with the topic he shared on, which was whether or not property is still considered a good long-term investment.
From now till 29 July 2016, the iProperty group is once again conducting the APMSS for the next half of 2016, and they need your help! Be a part of it by taking part at the survey here (or click on the image below), and you could walk away with a new lifestyle gadget from their lucky draw!
