While working for a multinational offshore bank in Singapore, Eugene had personally structured mortgages worth more than a total of SG$1 billion. It was during this time, however, that he began to nurture a desire for something greater—for an ecosystem to facilitate a more meaningful value chain.   That’s why he left the banking industry in 2013—and founded Redbrick.   Eugene’s experience in secured lending spans from areas like hire purchase to operating leases and real estate financing. When he’s not thinking about real estate though, he’s almost definitely contemplating where his next culinary experience is going to be.

Alvin had an impressive track record in the retail and private banking space for more than eleven years, working with some of the most established local and international financial institutions in Singapore. His core expertise encompasses a full spectrum of wealth management services including investment advisory, portfolio management and financing, margin trading, legacy planning, and property loans.

When Alvin isn’t working, he loves bringing his folks out for dinner, watching movies at home, helping out at church, running along East Coast Park or snowboarding in Japan.

Andrew spent seven years working with private bankers and advising high net worth clients on their mortgage matters. During his employment with one of the largest lenders in Singapore, he was the recipient of numerous sales awards.

Andrew believes that balancing hard work with a healthy body and mind is the key to his success as a mortgage advisor. That’s why, after a long day working in the office, you’ll probably find him in the gym working up a sweat.

Clive was a project manager for Keppel Shipyard, where he also served as the vice-president of Keppel Young Leaders. His passion for low-cost index funds, investing, and the relationship between the financial markets and economies ultimately fuelled his move into the financial industry. He’s a strong believer of providing quality service and creates meaningful relationships through transparency and cooperation.

Aside from spending time with family and friends over sports and food, Clive enjoys spending his quiet moments reading with his wife in the comfort of each other’s company.

Colin began his career as an engineer with a manufacturing firm. After honing his analytical skills, he moved into finance where, during his time with two major foreign banks, he worked as a mortgage banker and a relationship manager that specialised in wealth management. He currently oversees a team of mortgage advisors and has helped homeowners finance more than a total of SGD$1 billion worth of property.

When he’s not in the office, Colin spends his time mostly with his family and has a passion for soccer.

Armed with a degree in banking and finance, Darren has carved a career in the local finance industry on both a consumer and SME level. Having worked as a mortgage specialist, he developed a passion for mortgages and the real estate industry. With the experiences that he has brought to Redbrick, he hopes to consistently add value to his clients.

Jo’An started her career helping clients with their loan positioning by sharing with them on the macroeconomy outlook. Having performed above and beyond her duties, the advisory role she took on has earned her multiple awards at the local banks.

As one of the pioneering advisors with Redbrick Mortgage Advisory, she has personally structured over $900M worth of loans across 900 properties; by no means an easy feat and a strong testament to her ability and achievements.

While the dynamism of the property market can be a challenge to navigate, it’s a challenge that she wholeheartedly embraces. Not only can she master the property market, but she fancies herself a Masterchef in Chinese cuisine as well. All that, and she loves to travel too!

Thomas takes pride in helping people with their financing needs. Before joining Redbrick, he enjoyed a celebrated career in the local banking scene, acquiring numerous sales and service awards. These days, he uses that experience in mortgage advisory to help clients and loved ones navigate through this otherwise tedious and complex processes.

Thomas wholly believes in the way of the warrior and is an avid martial artist. He can be seen training diligently at the dojo after a hard day's work.

Wren worked as a category manager in an SME firm after graduating in Economics and Finance. In his 1.5 years there, he dealt with corporate clients such as 7-Eleven and Cold Storage. After which, he moved over to UOB Business Banking for 1 year where he served SME owners via commercial/ industrial property purchases, term loans for business expansions and built lasting relationships with clients along the way.

“Purchasing a property is a pivotal point in life; up to a third of your life would be used to service your mortgage loan. Being able to help customers to take charge of their property by making an informed decision has always been my priority and the biggest satisfaction that I could ask for is when customers realise that they can do more with their mortgages.”

Besides playing basketball on a weekly basis, he enjoys spending his quiet moments fishing.

Her job scope encompassed in-depth reviews of investment documentation, to ensure investment product recommendations by Financial Advisors are in-line with customers’ financial objectives and risk profiles.

His career journey has always been about understanding clients’ goals and crafting bespoke solutions that support their long-term success.

Alina has amassed over 8 years of banking experience prior to joining Redbrick. She started her career as a Relationship Manager in SME banking, before embarking on a Management Associate program in a foreign bank. Apart from mortgage, Alina has deep knowledge across a broad spectrum of financial products and has attained AFP certification with FPAS in 2018.
